With Weight Watchers coaching I've gone from 237 to 229 in 7ish weeks. I had never done coaching before. I live an hour away from the meetings and work an hour in the opposite direction. Hitting a meeting means I have to get up at 6am on a Saturday to make it. Ewwww.
So coaching it is. After signing up, I picked a coach out of the HUNDREDS they have, and schedule my first session for the next day. (You always have to book 24 hours in advance.) I picked Debbie. My first session was 30 minutes, and every session after that is 15 minutes.
With coaching I can have 1 session a week, 2, 3.... It's all up to me and on MY schedule. I've taken my coaching calls from bed, from my work desk, and even from a restaurant lobby while out at brunch.
I still weigh in on Sat. 7 weeks and 7 pounds and to be honest I've only stuck with my points 50% of the time. Gosh if I gave it 100% I can't even imagine the outcome. 50% works for me though, it's not a race, and I am not perfect.
During the call you come up with an action plan with your coach. Oh and you can use the same coach every call or pick a new one each time, totally up to you!
Anyone else use coaching? I was wondering how often you schedule your calls, just out of curiosity.
I was at Chili's during my Weight Watchers coaching session. Took my call to the lobby. There's my custom plan for the week. I like plans. ❤ #weightwatchers #smartpoints #weightwatcherscoaching #weightloss #goals #weeklyplan #fitness #health #gettinghealthy #feelinggood
