Exhibit B: Today, burned 273 calories in a quick 30 minutes, EVEN THOUGH I accidentally paused my Fitbit Surge for 5 of those minutes. 30 minutes of booty shaking, twerking, FUN. I have a love/hate relationship with running. At 100 degrees F, NO THANKS. Zumba is a GREAT workout that can be done under the AC, and YOU set the intensity. The harder you shake it, the more you burn. I was at like 60% today.
