August Weightloss Goals and Planning

This month's goals are as follows:

  • Enjoy the last month of summer break with the minions.
  • Meal prep
  • Meditate to control the stress
  • Eat out less
  • Save more
  • Cook!
With the kids home we have been eating convenience freezer food, fast food, and I haven't been making the best food choices. I need to get that in check. :)

My friend said 19 Fridays to xmas. BOO for that! I need to spend less and save more!
